Seal and Signature Artwork

The official University of Connecticut seal and signatures are designed elements and may not be altered in any way. These pages contain a summary of the standards for the University of Connecticut's graphic identity system. For the complete guidelines, please download the Graphics Standards Manual (1,780 KB).

The UConn Seal is the oak leaf symbol encircled by the words "University of Connecticut 1881."

The UConn Symbol is the oak leaf and is the most basic unifying element of the graphic identity system. The symbol is part of the University identity and should not be used by itself.

The UConn Signature is the combination of the oak leaf symbol and typography with the words "University of Connecticut" or "UCONN" in six unalterable configurations.
